Shipping Terms

 

 PLEASE NOTE!!! Due to the increasing frequency of credit card fraud, ALL orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. Orders without the same billing/shipping address WILL NOT be processed until customer service speaks to you, in-person, to confirm that there is no fraudulent activity occurring on your account. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is for the protection of you, the customer, and us, the merchant. The only exception will be with APO addresses. Thank you! 

 

When at all possible we will ship US Postal Service Flat Rate. We do our best to ship orders within 5 business days. Please note that we are open 0900-1700 MST M-F and closed on weekends and federal holidays.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted, as long as they products have not been opened and are done within 14 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). 

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted.

To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us.

 There is a 25% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. 

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. are accepted, as long as the products have not been opened from our vacuum-sealed packaging and/or manufacturer's original packaging, used or modified the item must be brand new and unused.  This done within 14 days of receipt of the product (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). Returns must be received within 30 days of when the return authorization number was issued to you. After 30 days the RA number will become void. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. If your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Can I exchange an item if I don't like it or if it is defective?

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 14 days of receipt of the product and the product is in new, unopened condition. 

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted.

To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us. There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. If the item is defective, we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we have received the product, we will ship your order.

We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. 

By checking the acceptance of "terms and conditions" box, the purchaser agrees that all sales are final and no chargebacks will be initiated on the credit card utilized or by any financial institution utilized for payment, including, but not excluding PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Bank Wire, ACH from a financial institution or any and all credit card purchases without the written notification or consent by Dark Angel Medical, LLC.

If your item has been modified, we will not accept it. It must be in new, unused/unopened condition. 

Class tuition is non-refundable for "no-shows", students who leave voluntarily during any time of the training session or those who complete the training session.
